IPhone Users More Loyal

IPhone user loyalty was greater than other smartphone users. They said they would remain faithful to use this product and will only replace their smartphone with a newer version of the iPhone.

This was stated after the GfK research institute conducted a survey on approximately 4500 people from various countries. The amount is taken from the users of smartphones from developed countries such as Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, China, the United States, and Japan.

The result, users of the iPhone is the most loyal smartphone users stating that they will not switch and will keep using it until the new version came out. This was stated by about 84% of respondents. IPhone exclusivity as well as the diversity of applications on the App Store is a reason they still like product made by Apple.

Rising popularity of Android ranks second with a percentage of 60 percent. It may be that this is helped by the many brands that use the Android so that more users can try a few different features.

This differs from the iPhone or BlackBerry, each of which comes one manufacturer. In addition, the number of applications on the Android Market is the reason why they remain loyal.

Meanwhile, BlackBerry users who persist to use RIM's product output amounted to only 48%. In these countries, a lot of BlackBerry users rely more businesses. The number of users is not as much as the iPhone or Android a more universal use of the various segments.

If only our country participated in the survey, it could be that percentage will change the market since Indonesia has a slightly different trend with other nations.
