Future Operating System For Blackberry

Blackberry smartphone manufacturer, Research In Motion (RIM) announced the operating system (operation system / OS) newest, BBX.

In the event the Americas convention BlackBerry DevCon 2011, RIM explains that the BBX is developed by making the QNX as a base. QNX is currently used as the operating system to the latest tablet Blackberry Playbook. BBX combines the best Blackberry and QNX platform to connect people, devices, content, and various services.








Blackberry currently rely OS7 as the operating system, with touch screen-based control of an increasingly sophisticated. Input a touch of excellence on the Blackberry has become today, and with the touch input BBX will be more easy.

BBX will also facilitate the ability to run Android applications on Blackberry devices, as well as with the original application BBX, applications developed with Adobe Air and HTML 5. "All that made for QNX will run well on the BBX," said RIM.

Despite an announcement on its future operating system, the RIM refused to divulge when it will launch a smartphone or tablet this BBX.
