Jogging Improve Memory

Running or jogging not only makes the body fit. Apart from its ability to improve the quality of health of the body, the cheapest sport also helps improve memory.

Based on research by Cambridge University, jogging can trigger the growth of hundreds of thousands of new cells in the brain associated with memory. Jogging routine a few times a week will improve memory significantly.

Timothy Bussey, neurologist involved in the study, said that regular jogging will maximize brain function. In general, exercise will improve oxygen supply to the brain.

The study was conducted with an experiment on two groups of rats. The first group of rats had unlimited access to roam, with an average travel 15 miles or 24 kilometers per day. While other groups have access to roaming restrictions.

Two groups of mice were then exposed to experimental hall with a distinctive character on each side. When your nose touches the left side, the mice will receive sugar as a gift. If the nose touching the right side, the rats will not get anything.

The researchers then conducted tests on several subjects. They found that subjects with a full bladder conditions, can make better decisions, especially in financial matters.
